I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. Maybe I was expecting more, or maybe everything just feels expensive lately, I was literally thinking about how my coffee cost almost $7 on the way there, but for what you get, it felt kinda underwhelming. Not terrible, just not something I’d pay for again.

The stuff I ordered was really cute, but the shipping took way too long. I was kind of rushing and needed it sooner, so it was frustrating waiting around for it to finally show up. Probably not the best option if you’re on a tight timeline.

I ordered my usual size and even double-checked the size chart before buying, so I really expected it to be fine. But the fit was just odd. The top was tight in that uncomfortable way where you can feel it pulling at the seams, and the bottoms were somehow loose around the waist but still didn’t sit right. I kept looking in the mirror trying to figure out what part was off, and it was all of it. Super frustrating, especially because the measurements looked like they should’ve worked. I don’t think I’ll be ordering clothes from here again

I had a hard time getting help with an issue on my order. It took a while to hear back, and I ended up having to follow up before I got a real response. When someone finally did reply, it felt a little rushed and didn’t really solve the problem. The item itself was fine, but dealing with support made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered this because the design looked really cute, and it was nice in person at first. But the fabric felt cheaper than I expected, kind of thin too... After just one wash, it already started looking a little worn out. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but for the price I really thought the quality would be better..

The return was easy enough, so I can’t really complain about that. The exchange did take a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t like it was a total disaster or anything.

I really wanted to like frogsandfrillsboutique.com more because the overall vibe is cute, but umm, most of the stuff just didn’t feel like something I’d actually wear. A lot of the pieces seemed a little too trendy or busy for me, and a few of them kind of blended together after a while.
The selection also felt a bit limited if you’re not into that exact style. I did spot a couple of cute items, but not enough to make me want to place an order. I can see it being great for someone else, it just wasn’t really my taste.
